Halloween S’mores Pops {Eggo® recipe}

Halloween is one of our all time favorite holidays, and I suspect it is has something to do with the sweet things that go directly into our mouths.   I’m not a huge candy fan, but I do love all kinds of sweet treats, so these Halloween S’mores Pops using Eggo® Waffles are right up my alley.  To make these spooky and fun Halloween S’mores pops, all you need are  Eggo® Wafflers, white and dark chocolate, marshmallow cream, sprinkles, candy embellishments, and candy pop sticks.  These little guys can be messy, but packed full of flavor and tons of fun to make!

Halloween S’mores Pop Ingredients

• Eggo® Wafflers
• white chocolate chips (melted)
• semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)
• marshmallow cream
• sprinkles
• candy embellishments
• candy pop sticks

Halloween S’more Pop Directions {Step-by-Step}

The nice thing about this recipe is that you can make just a few Halloween S’mores or the whole box.  Simply adjust the amount of chocolate you use accordingly!

Step 1:  Toast the Eggo® Wafflers and spread with marshmallow cream.  Sandwich with other side of waffler.

Step 2:  Melt white chocolate in microwave in 30 second increments stirring after each time until completely melted.  (I’d start out with at least 1/2 cup of chips).  Dip half of each Eggo sandwich into the white chocolate.  Place on wax paper to cool.

Step 3:  Repeat step 2, but with semi sweet chocolate.   Place candy pop stick at one end of S’more pop.  

Step 4:  Before the S’more pop is completely cool, cover with candy sprinkles and embellishments.

Step 4:  Then enjoy.  These are super rich so I almost guarantee you’ll only be able to eat one!
