When he’s bigger……

Garrett wants:

“Mom, when I’m older can I go to school and wipe my own butt?”

Now I don’t have to wonder what long term goals Garrett has in mind for his future. I’m impressed. Pretty good attainable goals…..my problem solving planner is a champ!

  1. All I can think about is that funny line in “Big Daddy” when the little kid is being taken to social services and all he can yell out is “But I wipe my own butt.” Really funny post.

  2. Well I think these are naturally things that go together. He’s on the right track!

  3. Thats a great goal. My nephew started kindergarten and went through the whole year asking me (while playing here) to wipe him. I was in shock. Jacob was doing that on his own before I sent him off to preschool. Glad Garrett won’t allow himself to do that, LOL!

haha, not sure if you read my update, but jordan mastered that right before going to school…lol. just the twins to go now, and i’m free of butt wiping 🙂

Too funny! I’m sure all the little ladies in Kindergarten will be drawn to his maturity and long-term goal setting:)

  6. I can only hope that my Sammy aspires to the same goals. Sounds blissful to me!

I need to remember to set small, attainable goals for myself like Garrett does. 🙂
