The best part is that making infused water is EASY. Try mixing your own creations and see what you come up with. It’s a great way to up your H2O intake in an eye pleasing way and it’s lovely to your taste buds, too!
Watermelon and Mint Infused Water Recipe
- water
- small watermelon slices {without rind}
- mint leaves
- cubed ice
Add all ingredients to mason jars or glasses and serve immediately. I’ve seen many recipes on line that recommend infusing overnight. I personally do not like my water infused over night. Especially if the recipe calls for citrus. I find that the fruit and / or vegetables become too water logged and or acidic when infused too long.
