A few of my kids would be picky eaters if I let them. Unfortunately for them, they don’t have that luxury. They “get what they get and they better not throw a fit”. I don’t do the cut off crusts or custom meals. I just don’t have the time or inclination.
However, if a sandwich is already made with the crust cut off, I’m all too happy to serve it, and my kids are all too happy to eat it. I’ve been known to have a box of Uncrustables® by Smucker’s® in my freezer for last minute picnics or trips to the beach, and my kids consider them a treat.
I admit to liking them as well. They remind my of my childhood, and their newer peanut butter and honey on whole wheat is great!

I haven’t tried the honey with the whole wheat. My kids loved them for a while and then quit eating them, when I asked why he said “there’s too much stuff in them”
I bet they won’t say that about the honey!
We loved them until our son developed a peanut allergy. Now we cannot even keep them in the house. Enjoy a few extras for me. I wish they would make a non-peanut butter variety, too.
I’ve looked for Uncrustables® several times at my neighborhood Wal-Mart, but can’t find them. Seems like a convenient, tasty treat any time of the day.
We love Uncrustables at our house. They never last more than a couple of days. Also, they been my “lifesaver” this entire summer! We will have to try the peanut butter and honey flavor soon.
Hugs and Mocha,
