Pixorial: My New Go-to Site For Editing and Sharing Videos!

I’m having so much fun in the Memories in Motion Community sponsored by Pixorial over at The Blog Frog!

Not only does it give me an extra outlet for socializing about things I care about, it’s been the impetus to get me thinking (and thereby doing something) about the memories I have saved in “clips” of my children that I had never done anything with.

My kids are forever “borrowing” my Flip and recording each other.  Up until recently, I’ve let these little gems (and they really are wonderful insights into my children) stay on my Flip, even though my kids have asked me to put them on YouTube.  (They are under the mistaken impression that if I put their video up a million people will just “find” it and watch it over and over and over again.  You know, they way they do when their dad shows them a funny YouTube clip.)

I hereby declare that I’m turning over a new leaf where my videos are concerned.  I’m actually downloading, editing, storing, and sharing my videos using Pixorial.

It doesn’t mean much to many, but to some, like me and my children, it has value, and that’s important.

And, uploading/editing/sharing with Pixorial is super easy, like I mentioned earlier.  It look less than 20 seconds to upload my video, and the sharing menu is fabulous.  Look:

Notice the easy sharing to Twitter and Facebook?  LOVE that.

As an incentive to draw you into the Memories in Motion Community with me, BlogFrog is giving away a Sony Video Camera in your favorite color. The contest starts today, and all you need to do is respond to the question, “What is your favorite childhood memory?”  Easy-peasy!

Disclosure:  I am being compensated for the time I spend as a Community Leader in the Memories In Motion Community.

  1. My child is forever tormenting me to make a star on YouTube!

  2. My daughter saw the Justin Bieber movie and asked that I start recording her playing drums because she is ready for her career to start. I love these kids and their perception of YouTube fame. Hilarious.

  3. I will definitely check it out. Videos confuse the heck out of me!

My Daddy coming home from work and taking us to splash and jump in the puddles in the corn field. That mud felt so good. I have the best parents in the world : )
