My family was recently introduced to the new line of Kraft Homestyle Macaroni & Cheese Microwaveable Bowls, and they were a hit. We tried all five flavors, and all disappeared in the blink of an eye {seriously}. If you like macaroni and cheese, you’ll love these more gourmet versions that can be made in less than 5 minutes in the microwave.
Kraft Homestyle Macaroni & Cheese Bowls
Here’s what I like about the bowls:
- They come in their own microwaveable bowls, so you don’t need to dirty any pots and pans or measuring cups in order to prepare.
- They cook in the microwave in under 5 minutes so they are quick and easy. {Just mix water and the seasoning packet with the macaroni and microwave. Finish by stirring in the Kraft cheese and topping with the crunch topping provided}
- They are available in 5 flavors so you can have a different flavor each day of the week! Choose from Hearty Four Cheese, Sharp Cheddar & Bacon, White Cheddar, Creamy Broccoli and Southwest Tortilla. {{We are partial to the Hearty Four Cheese and Southwest Tortilla in these parts.}}
- The portion sizes are big enough for an adult sized lunch or dinner {at least for me} so it’s a great option for a warm take along lunch. It’s also a favorite after school snack to share if you have 5 hungry kids!!!!

These are perfect. We’ve had the new Kraft famliy size homestyle mac & cheese, so to have it as a smaller option is great (read: I don’t have to make a snack right before I’m making dinner; the kids can do it themselves.)
my kids love these!
We’ve tried a couple of these before and they’re pretty good! The kids like them after school since they’re always hungry because lunch is around 11am for them.
