How to Make a LEGO Minifigure Holiday Card {free}

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of LEGO for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

You can build just about anything with LEGO, and now, you can even build your own family….for FREE.  This holiday season, LEGO has created a super cool online experience called “Minifigure Family”, where you can create your own custom LEGO Minifigure Family holiday card and have lots of fun in the process.  The best part is that your kids can have a hand in helping and the online experience is totally user friendly and intuitive.  Sound fun?  Head on over and make your own.  I totally want to see it!

Customize, Customize, Customize!

If you have a large family, don’t worry!  You can add up to 13 figures to your LEGO Minifigure Family!  Each figure can be customized for skin tone, facial expressions, hair color and cut, and even outfits!  Once you’ve customized each figure, you can even “set the scene” {there are 12 to choose from, plus you can change the holiday greeting on it if you’d like}.  I couldn’t choose which one I wanted so I made a few.  {{smiling}}  And since you’ll want everyone to see your fabulous family, when you are done, you can share it on your social media channels or email to all of your friends and family.  The site is fabulous, y’all!

Here’s How to Make a LEGO Minifigure Holiday Card:

1.  Go to to get started!  Just click the “Get Started” sign and you are on your way!

2.  Add your family members.  You can add up to 13 members, including dogs and cats.  {{smiling}}  For each family member that you add,  you’ll want to customize, because that’s the fun part.  The customization is fabulous.  You can pick the skin tone, the hair style or hat, the facial expression, and the shirt and pants.   {If you don’t feel like picking out the clothing by piece, you can always randomize the outfit which is really hilarious.}

3.  Set the Scene.  Set a back ground for your family by choosing from any of the 12 backgrounds and then edit the greeting if you’d like something different than “Happy Holidays” {which is the default greeting}. LEGO 4.  Share your LEGO Minifigure Family (or make another one because you can).  You can send to Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.  Plus you can email to your friends and family and save to your computer. It’s super simple!
