I’m a huge fan of EASY pies and this recipe for Banana Cream Pie made with a Biscoff Pie Crust has to be my all time favorite EASY Pie. The pie crust is easy peasy and the pie filling is even easier. The banana cream pie filling is just instant pudding mix. Can’t get easier than that, and the crust. Oh the crust. It combines Graham Crackers, butter and Biscoff. It’s a baking a pie crust recipe without really baking if you know what I mean. Just combine 4 ingredients, press into a pie dish, bake for a few minutes and viola, you have a pie crust that you don’t have to break a sweat over. Pour the pudding over the cooled crust and you have a delicious pie perfect for summer entertaining!
Easy Banana Cream Pie Ingredients
- (2) 3.4 oz boxes of Instant Banana Cream Pudding Mix
- 2 3/4 cup of milk
- 1 1/4 Graham Cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 tablespoons Biscoff
Easy Banana Cream Pie Recipe
Tip: Cool and chill your pie crust before filling! Once you fill the pie, let set for at least an hour!
- Pie Filling:
- (2) 3.4 oz boxes of Banana Cream Instant Pudding
- 2 3/4 cups milk
- Pie Crust:
- 1 1/4 Graham Cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 tablespoons Biscoff
- Prepare pie crust:
- Mix together melted butter and Biscoff until well blended.
- Stir in the sugar.
- Add the Graham Cracker Crumbs and stir until well combined.
- Press mixture firmly into a pie pan.
- Bake pie crust for 8 minutes at 350 F.
- Cool and chill before filling.
- Prepare Pie Filling:
- Mix milk and pudding filling together and pour into pie crust.
- Let chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
- Optional: serve with whipped topping.
