Batman Live debuted at the Staples Center in Los Angeles for a limited run on Thursday as the show travels through the United States after a successful and acclaimed run in the United Kingdom, Europe and Latin America. It couldn’t have come to America at a better time because Super Hero’s are SO in, at least in these parts. Batman Live is an amazing live-action arena production that took me and my children by storm. {{smiling}}
Batman Live was two and a half years in the making, and it shows. It is downright spectacular, with an original easy-to-follow scrip, fantastic costumes, thrilling stunts, acrobatics and illusions.
Batman Live features Batman, Robin and a host of other favorite Batman characters like The Joker, Catwoman, Poison Ivy, The Riddler and The Penguin. The story line focuses on Robin’s quest for justice. It’s a sweet coming of age story, really.
Batman Live is a thrilling non-stop ride across Gotham City. It’s bold, and the way they’ve put the production together with the video wall (with 2 million LED lights) provides for a whole new way to experience the world of Batman.
It’s a must see for families everywhere. {{whether or not you started out as a fan!!}} I can’t rave about the production/adventure enough. {{seriously}} Tickets are on sale now for a limited number of dates at www.batmanlive.com.
