Blonde Brownies {recipe}

If you are looking for a yummy Blonde Brownie Recipe that uses just few Ingredients then this is the recipe for you.  It just happens to disappear every time it gets made, and everyone raves about it when it gets brought to family functions.  This is my sister in laws recipe and it definitely gets my highest recommendation.  Blonde Brownies use brown sugar so they have a butterscotchy flavor that mixed with ample butter and chocolate is just out of this world!

Blonde Brownie Ingredients

  • 2 cubes melted butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour (you can also mix half white flour, half wheat flour)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla (opt.)

Blonde Brownie Directions {step-by-step}

PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees.  Grease 9X13 baking pan.

MELT 2 butter with brown sugar and let cool.

ADD eggs, flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder.

POUR into the greased baking dish.

SPRINKLE with chocolate chips.

BAKE for 20-25 minutes.
