Wordful Wednesday is like Wordless Wednesday, only WITH words. It’s for those of us that can’t contain the chatter, but in a good way. More info. in my tabber box titled WW on the right. Thank you for playing along!
What kind of mom would I be if I didn’t post some back-to-school pictures of my kids in September? After all, sending one’s children back to school for the new scholastic year is pretty monumental, right? Especially one when becomes a crier, like I did.
I suddenly have a 5th grader, a 3rd grader, a 1st grader and TWO kindergartners. It’s a bit disconcerting, and a big bit exciting.
And for the record? I’ve never been so busy in my life. I thought that when my kids were all finally in school I’d have a lot of down time. Make that a lot of down time. But I was wrong. I guess that’s what happens when one over schedules all of her new-found-free-time.

Such wonderful photos, Angie! Your kids are just darling.
And as far as more time… oh my goodness. I’ve found that the more we have scheduled… school, sports, etc. the less time I have. And I only have two kids!
By the way, that YouTube video was fascinating. I may have to share that too (link to you of course if I do!).

Oh my are those big time cuties!! I’m lovin’ all those sets of Converse!! :>:> I can’t quite imagine what it will feel like when both my kidlets are in school, but I’m sure the last bit of time with my wee girl home with me will go by in the blink of an eye…sigh.
So glad I finally have the chance to play along with WW, for the first time this week! :>

Well, I’m with ya girl. These stinkin hormones. Happy WW!
So cute! I can imagine myself doing the over-scheduling bit once all my kids are in school. Heck, I remember the list I made of all the stuff I was going to do when I stopped working to stay home with my first newborn baby — I imagined so much free time, oh, how wrong I was!! It’s been 7 years and I think about 0% of that stuff got done, but I really don’t know because I can’t find the list

Is it bad that I already can’t wait for my 3 year old and 1 year old twins to go to school?!
Your kids are beautiful!
Isn’t it funny how that works out? Here’s hoping for some down time for you really soon!
What a bunch of cuties! BTW – please pass on to your oldest that I love her hair! So cute
Adorable! I have a first day of school WW this week too.
How fun! My oldest goes to kindergarten next year, which will be completely surreal!
School is back in session! and it is only replaced by a new set of crazyness!
Sorry to tell you, toots, but you really won’t get any free time until they are much, much older! Don’t you just love the first day when they are all clean & pressed! for once! ((wink))

what adorable back to schoolers.
Isn’t it funny how we can instantly fill any potential free time so quickly that we never even realized it was free time.
Classic!
I don’t know how you do it and look forward to hearing about your adventures with all 5 in school. You will be busy and once you get into a rhythm you’ll probably have a bit more down time.
Good golly…..All your littles are stunning. Seriously, not one that is hard on the eyes! Miss you…..will you ever be up this way? North? To visit me? I REALLY need your help fixing up this house we just bought. Like for reals. It needs some work……..But I really do love it I have to say! LET’S CHAT SOON!!!

Note to self: Next year when all kids are in school, don’t schedule self for anything.

They all look so happy! And that is a big thing … all of them in school!!! I can’t imagine how you keep up with all the papers that come home though!
What a charismatic bunch! Great photos
Your kids have such beautiful smiles! My nephew started Grade 12 yesterday…I can remember his first day of Kindergarten! Cherish every moment.
Adorable.
As much as I need the few hours to myself to get things done when the kids are back in school, I miss having them around. I honestly do! Summer is too short!
lotsa comments this week angie! haha – it doesn’t get any less BUSY, but it does get easier
your kids are just so gorgeous
BTW…I thought you might wanna check out my first CSN giveaway…I hope I know what I’m doing! Haha!
They all look so dang cute! I love Emma’s hair too
She looks so grown up.
I thought you were holding off of kindergarten this year? Not sure what I was thinking
Hope it settles down for you!
See? Now I want to know what you’re doing with all your free time!
BTW…got your comment on yesterday’s blog about criers and I have amended my position. See today’s post if you’re interested in me feeling like a complete a$$!
Love this! So glad I found your site!
Gosh, I am comment crazy today! Those twin boys are SO cute – I think we need to get them engaged to my friend’s redheaded girl twins. I wish I had a picture – they are adorable and have exactly the same shade of hair. Just think of the darling redheaded twin grandkids you’d have! OK, they’re NINE, but if we wait until they’re 20 and 24, the age difference won’t matter so much!
