That is always my biggest fear when baking for a crowd, did I leave something out, or add too much of something, or the biggest scare..a foreign object that does not belong. Worked out great!

I dont know that just doesnt happen, I wouldnt call it luck!

So how did the scones turn out with the lime instead of lemon?
